Responsibilities

The Whse/Ship/Plnr Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing accurate documentation to 3rd Party Warehouses for outbound and inbound shipments. Good relations and communication skills are necessary to routinely interact with Supply Chain personnel, Logistics, and Planning. A high level of organization and accuracy is required to reconcile and maintain nine separate plant codes of Fluids and ATO inventory.
Document Control Coordinator activities require working with management, operations and manufacturing personnel to ensure the completion and distribution of accurate processes and procedures.
Both functions can, at times, be fast paced and critical, but the same amount high level of organization and accuracy is crucial.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders and route all necessary shipping documents to facilities for picking inventory and loading carrier.
Reconcile inventories and monitor blocked stock.
Enter transport orders fluid replenishments from other Eastman storage facilities, Follow-up with logistics if arrival is delayed. Work through any damaged returns with warehouses and logistics.
Process goods receipts for inventory.
Enter transport orders for multiple materials stored at several locations
Maintain raw material spreadsheet for blending purposes.
Enter transport orders for multiple Specialty Fluids products shipped to Anniston.
Process manual BOL s for outbound shipments to warehouses and for shipments to local waste facility.
Reconcile EMN SAP automatic goods receipt of raw material to railcar BOL s and RC Arrival Notice.
Process Transport Order for products in EMEA and follow-up with Eastman s Export Planner for booking.
Process raw material goods receipts for all materials excluding Skydrol.
Serve as back-up to the Anniston site primary Transport Specialist.
Meet safety goals & complete monthly safety initiatives.
Serve as Lead ISO & RC Auditor & Document Control Coordinator. Serve on Quality Steering Committee.
Provide Benzene railcar tracking to management

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP modules
Basic understanding of DOT, ISO 9001:
2008, and RC 14001 regulations
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
