Production Scheduling Clerk

Summary
Provide back office support to the department by providing a continuous flow of work orders to the WPL lines, managing on-time order completion, monitoring inventories, and verifying order specifications.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties as assigned
- Send orders to WPL lines in sequence according to completion times.
- Generate and analyze daily production reports.
- Work hours will vary based on the need of the department.
- Prepare and distribute order sheets for the associates on the line.
- Track orders as they are completed to ensure 100% order fill rate.
- Monitor 28-degree inventory for same day access and 6days old products.
- Communicate any potential issues that would effect on-time order completion, such as short on products, etc.
- Rack out all products used in WPL.
- Monitor SAP for all incoming tray pack products.
- Perform and maintain hourly checks of labels for information accuracy and compliance to QA standards and report any discrepancies to supervisor.
Minimum Education
Requires an above average knowledge of MS Word systems (i.
e.
Word and Excel).
Must be able to work a flexible scheduled weekends and holidays if needed
Experience Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years related experience within a manufacturing setting.
Experience Preferred
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Work in temperatures of less than 32 degrees F, noise exposure to 92.
1 db.
Ability to perform any job in the WPL area.
Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
